Speaking to ghanandowm.com earlier this year, Zigi explained that he learnt a lot during his time of absence. The VGMA winner claimed that he has been focused on learning and building a system. This growth, he says, has birthed the MoCity studio in Achimota.
Zigi is set to comeback on the 3rd of July this year and according to reports, the “Prince of Pop” has switched to dancehall.
“On his new song titled ‘Kom My Way’, Zigi sounds very distinct and original, as he samples the dancehall genre,” a source told us. The source also divulged that the artiste has lost his signature “good kid” look and appears more grown.
The video for this new song will herald Zigi’s comeback on the 3rd of July and we are anxious to see what he has evolved into.
